Hello Lioness/Lions members,

The Sept. meeting was attended by 15 members and one guest. Richard Klumb was our speaker. He talked to us about habitat for Humanity. It was very informative. We learned about the history of Habitat and the specifics of our county chapter.

We talked about the new nut sale sheets and prices which we will be starting to sell in October.

September News Letter 2011

Hello Lioness/Lions members,

Thanks to the social committees of both clubs for a lovely picnic. This year it was at the Threshold's outside pavilion, among the beautiful gardens. It was pleasant and relaxing, a nice break during a hectic summer schedule. The food was outstanding!!

Thank you to all members of both clubs for completing another successful German Fest. The weather was great but the profits remain about the same. A full report will be available at the regular September meeting.

August News Letter 2011

Hello Lioness/Lion members,

A big THANK YOU to L/L Mike Desrosier for organizing our July outing. Those in attendance had a great time. We all felt bad that Mike was unable to attend. Some of the wines that were sampled will be served at the August picnic.

Thanks to Lion Michelle T. for ordering the nice shirts for the corn stand. It looked nice for us to be in uniform like a team! The yellow color was just HAPPY! Remember to pay L/L Bronwyn your $10.00 A.S.A.P.

Due's are also payable this month to L/L Bronwyn, $75.50 for the year, or $37.75 for half year.
