Hello Lioness-Lions,

Thank you to all who helped make the annual Butterfly Garden Planting a success. Also thank you to those who donated to the library’s summer reading program. Well wishes to those of you who have been dealing with illnesses. Our thoughts are with you.

DATES TO REMEMBER
• Wednesday, July 3 - Board Meeting CANCELED
• No Social Dinner Meeting in July – as per club vote earlier this year.
• Corn Roast at Washington County Fair – July 23-July 28
• August Picnic with the Lion’s Club – Wednesday, August 21 at 6:00. Ridge Run Park, 300 S. University Dr. - Wells Shelter
o Irene has graciously offered to make ham for us.
o Our club members are asked to provide a side dish to pass – potatoes, salads, vegetable etc.
o The other club will provide appetizers and desserts
o Punch will be provided. If you want something else to drink, please bring your own.
o Please let Irene know if you can attend and what you plan to bring to the picnic.

JULY BEGINS THE NEXT LION YEAR - Dues of $80.50 will be due in July. Remember, you are welcome to pay half now and half in December.
